Actuarial P&C Senior Associate

Looking to take the next step in your actuarial career? A nationally recognized professional services firm is seeking a Senior Actuarial Associate to support a growing Property & Casualty practice. This role offers exposure to reserving, pricing, rate making, modeling, audit support, and advisory projects across commercial lines, personal lines, and reinsurance.

• Perform loss reserving, pricing, and actuarial modeling analyses
• Support external audits and consulting engagements for insurance clients
• Work directly with clients and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights
• Develop and manipulate actuarial datasets and experience studies
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to technical project execution
• Participate in technical writing, reporting, and client presentations

• 3+ years of P&C actuarial experience
• Progress toward ACAS or FCAS preferred
• Experience with reserving, pricing, rate making, or predictive analytics
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency with Excel, databases, and actuarial software tools
