Salary $120,000 - $140,000 per year.

We are seeking a motivated Land Use Attorney to support and grow our Real Estate, Land Use & Redevelopment practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working with municipal processes and land use approvals and will be comfortable managing matters from application through resolution.

• Representing clients before planning boards, zoning boards, and municipal governing bodies
• Preparing and prosecuting applications for site plans, subdivisions, variances, and redevelopment approvals
• Drafting and reviewing ordinances, resolutions, development agreements, and related land use documents
• Advising clients on zoning, redevelopment law, MLUL, and municipal regulations
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, applications, and correspondence
• Attending public hearings, meetings, and client conferences

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active New Jersey Bar admission
• Experience in land use, zoning, planning, or redevelopment law
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
