Supply Chain Assistant Luxury Brand - Wayne, NJ

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a temporary Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to assist their team in Wayne, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily logistics and supply chain activities across the Americas region
• Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues
• Assist with special deliveries, returns, and transfer requests
• Resolve routine logistics inquiries and support ticket management
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product movement
• Escalate shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues as needed
• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records across supply chain systems
• Create, update, and monitor purchase orders, transfers, shipment records, and inventory transactions
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across multiple platforms
• Validate information and proactively identify discrepancies before submission

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Inventory, Data Management, or Administrative Coordination roles
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and repetitive tasks with consistency and precision
