Summary
The Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, Americas will define and execute the regional supply chain strategy across a multi-channel retail and wholesale environment. Based in Wayne, NJ, this role optimizes inventory, transportation, distribution and costs to support business growth and service levels while partnering closely with cross-functional and global teams. The position drives operational excellence, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities- Define and implement regional supply chain and logistics strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement across planning, inventory management, transportation, distribution, systems and processes.
- Oversee inventory planning, replenishment strategies, distribution and transportation across all channels in the Americas.
- Monitor operational performance with key metrics and lead corrective actions to improve service and cost performance.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and financial reviews for supply chain operations and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Retail, Digital, Operations, Finance and Technology and represent the region in global initiatives.
- 7+ years at senior manager or director level in supply chain, logistics, operations or related functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, retail or multi-channel environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and WMS systems such as SAP, JDA or Manhattan; advanced Excel required;
Power BI or Tableau a plus. - Proven analytical, operational and financial acumen, strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead process improvements and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
English fluency required;
Spanish and/or French a plus.
