Procurement Specialist, Indirect Procurement

Job Description

• Support indirect procurement activities across all spend categories.
• Serve as a key procurement partner to internal stakeholders by managing intake and prioritization of sourcing requests
• Collaborating with regional and global procurement leads, and leading end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned projects.
• Support supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, spend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring alignment with company procurement policies and category strategies.
• Provide sourcing and supplier management, maintaining relationships with stakeholders

• Evaluate sourcing requests and work with regional and global procurement teams to prioritize activities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects.
• Gather business requirements, define sourcing scope, and align stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct supplier identification and market research
• Analyze supplier proposals and make sourcing recommendations based on total value, risk, and business requirements.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract execution
