Procurement Specialist, Indirect Procurement
Job Description
- Support indirect procurement activities across all spend categories.
- Serve as a key procurement partner to internal stakeholders by managing intake and prioritization of sourcing requests
- Collaborating with regional and global procurement leads, and leading end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned projects.
- Support supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, spend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring alignment with company procurement policies and category strategies.
- Provide sourcing and supplier management, maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Evaluate sourcing requests and work with regional and global procurement teams to prioritize activities.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects.
- Gather business requirements, define sourcing scope, and align stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct supplier identification and market research
- Analyze supplier proposals and make sourcing recommendations based on total value, risk, and business requirements.
- Support commercial negotiations and contract execution
