Turnkey Store Manager

Job Summary

Turnkey Store Managers partner with a seasoned Store Manager to learn Helzberg's methods for managing daily operations and achieving sales goals and profit objectives. They also learn Helzberg systems to provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store. After an appropriate period and based on openings, the Turnkey is assigned to a permanent location as a Store Manager.

• Learn Helzberg systems for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store.

• Jewelry Store Management experience.
• Strong personal selling skills and ability to transfer those skills to sales associates.
• Knowledge of company policies and proficiency in resolving customer service issues quickly.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Experience teaching and providing ongoing training to sales teams.
• Experience facilitating regular coaching discussions to provide continual feedback for performance improvement.
• Ability to create and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Ability to maintain a professional work environment and address associate relations issues appropriately.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to manage a variety of personalities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
