Assistant Store Manager – Signet Jewelers

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Your role will support the store manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections, contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develop the skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, recruit and select team members, and follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.

You will also perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop the skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, plus basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Base pay, $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales.
