Our client is seeking a Material Planning Coordinator IV to play a vital role in ensuring seamless material flow and production support within a dynamic, fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

• Manage the internal flow of materials, kits, and manufactured hardware to meet manufacturing schedules and operational commitments.
• Perform daily and weekly inventory control activities, including audits, cycle counting, and reconciliations to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Support production processes by executing kit releases, coordinating material movements, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Facilitate the transportation and shipment of completed goods internally and externally, ensuring timely delivery to customers and partners.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Technicians, and Assembly personnel to support manufacturing in a clean room environment.

• Additional experience with inventory management systems
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation processes
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices in a regulated environment

• This position is 100% on‑site; candidates must be available and interested in working in this setting.
