We’re partnering with a folding carton manufacturing facility seeking a Printing Manager in Wayne, NJ. This is a leadership opportunity in a smaller but important facility that supports major national accounts and plays a key role in servicing North Jersey and the Northwest. The Printing Manager will oversee printing and sheeting in a union environment. This role is a strong fit for someone with real printing leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to partner with a tenured team while helping drive performance metrics forward.

You’ll lead printing and sheeting operations with a focus on performance, communication, team partnership, and daily execution.

• Oversee printing and sheeting operations
• Lead in a union environment
• Support a facility running 3 shifts, 5 days per week, with weekends at times and one asset running 24/7
• Partner with pressmen and long‑tenured employees
• Help push performance metrics forward
• Support communication and engagement across the team
• Work with plant leadership to drive results
• Help maintain a flexible and nimble operation
• Support production across folding carton operations
• Lead through longer days during the initial ramp‑up period

You are a strong printing leader who knows how to work with experienced press teams and earn trust on the floor.

You understand that printing expertise matters in this role. You can communicate clearly, partner with the team, and bring leadership to a facility that is steady but still has gaps to improve.

You would do well here if you are hands‑on, accountable, comfortable in a union environment, and able to drive numbers while maintaining employee engagement.

• Printing leadership experience required
• Folding carton experience preferred
• Non‑digital printing experience required
