This is a full-time role with Connect For Freedom based in Wayne, New Jersey, with local travel to support partner relationships, presentations, program launches, events, and geographic expansion.

Connect For Freedom is a nonprofit focused on protecting children from online exploitation and human trafficking. The organization equips K‑12 educators and school leaders with education, resources, and implementation guidance designed to help keep students safe and strengthen coordinated prevention efforts.

As Connect For Freedom continues to expand its reach, the organization is now at the stage to bring on a Director of Program Partnership & Operations to support in building an intentional and scalable approach to developing partnerships, bringing new schools and organizations into the program, and supporting them through successful implementation and continued participation.

As Director of Program Partnerships & Operations, you'll own the full lifecycle of Connect For Freedom's relationships with schools, districts, clubs, youth organizations, and other program partners: from identifying and developing new opportunities through formal presentations, commitment, implementation, launch, and ongoing participation.

You'll serve as a trusted external representative of Connect For Freedom, building relationships with superintendents, principals, boards, county leaders, and other organizational stakeholders. At the same time, you'll bring the operational discipline required to move relationships forward, coordinate successful implementations, maintain visibility across the pipeline, and ensure participating organizations receive consistent support.

• Own the complete partner journey from initial outreach through implementation and ongoing participation
• Help Connect For Freedom thoughtfully expand into new schools, districts, communities, and geographies
• Represent the program in formal presentations and guide senior stakeholders through important decisions
• Build scalable partnership, implementation, and support processes as the organization grows
• Use frontline feedback, program outcomes, and pipeline data to continuously strengthen CFF's approach

You’re passionate about the mission. You naturally combine relationship-building ability with strong operational follow-through. You're comfortable opening doors and initiating conversations, but you're equally energized by turning those relationships into successful, lasting partnerships.

You communicate confidently with senior education and community leaders, understand how to navigate multi-stakeholder decisions, and know how to maintain momentum. You're organized enough to manage a complex pipeline and multiple active implementations while remaining thoughtful, credible, and responsive with every partner you serve.
