Base pay is determined by skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self‑administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider and observe/report responses to the supervisor.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs maintain an organized and clean medication supply room, assist with medication cart audits, provide accurate counts of all medications, and communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
• Completion of training/certification is required as per state regulation.
