We are seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care in a pediatric long‑term care setting in Wayne, NJ. This role supports medically fragile children in a low patient volume environment where consistency and hands‑on care are prioritized. You will work within a collaborative clinical team focused on safety, stability, and individualized patient needs.

• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule with every other weekend rotation
• Competitive Compensation: $40‑43/hr. (DOE)

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric residents in a long‑term care environment
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, following safety protocols
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other prescribed nursing procedures
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes or concerns
• Assist with activities of daily living while maintaining patient dignity and comfort
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Document all nursing care, treatments, and observations accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and facility regulations

• Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey
• Current BLS certification
• Recent physical and TB test required
• Minimum 1+ year of LPN experience
• Pediatric or long‑term care experience preferred
• Ability to work evening shift with rotating weekends
