• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document care accurately
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• LPN in the state of New Jersey
• Preferred:
  Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Heart for elder care and a commitment to excellence
