• Active and unrestricted New Jersey RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance

• Facility has a ventilator and a tracheostomy unit
• The facility and consulting respiratory department provides ventilator and tracheostomy training

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
