• Active and unrestricted New Jersey LPN license required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required
• Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments and patient populations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• Ability to commit to scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance

• Provide nursing care in Long-Term Care facilities
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Complete documentation to support clinical care and compliance
• Assist with treatments and daily resident care needs
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
