LPN Floor Nurse – Hamilton Plaza, Passaic, NJ
Shift: Part‑Time 2nd Shift + Every Other Weekend.
Rate: $34–$37/hr. (New LPN $34, Experienced LPN $35.50, Per diem $37)
Rates may vary based on experience and licensure.
- High School Diploma
- Valid/Active LPN license in NJ
- Previous experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or acute care
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, medications, and resident care standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills
- Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as prescribed and in accordance with nursing standards.
- Monitor and assess residents’ health status, documenting changes and communicating concerns to the charge nurse or physician.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Respond promptly to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
