LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and emotional status
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
