Our Client Service Representatives are such an important part of our hospital. They are often the first person a client speaks with and the first friendly face they see when they walk through our doors. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy veterinary environment, communicates with kindness and professionalism, and understands how important an exceptional client experience is to the overall care of our patients.

• Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and comforting experience from the moment they enter the hospital.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions regarding appointments, services, hospital policies, and general information.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries while helping maintain an efficient hospital schedule.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients throughout their experience with our hospital.

• Manage client and patient check-ins efficiently while confirming and updating necessary information.
• Process payments accurately and provide invoices and receipts.
• Coordinate smooth check-out experiences, including scheduling follow-up appointments and communicating applicable discharge or follow-up information.
• Help ensure accurate communication between clients and the medical team.

• Maintain accurate electronic and paper medical records.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including scanning, filing, faxing, data entry, and documentation.
