Job Overview
As a Merchandising Colleague – also known as a Front of House Colleague – you’ll deliver a seamless, inspiring in‑store experience. You’re responsible for executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing visual appeal, maintaining organized and shoppable displays, and ensuring pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up-to-date. Your attention to detail and operational excellence directly impacts customer experience, and you’ll greet customers with genuine hospitality and assistance.
HowOur Merchandising Colleagues Spend Their Day
Our colleagues begin each day energized, wearing their name badge, and greeting teammates. They keep the sales floor clean, update mannequins, reset floor layouts, and align presentations with company directives. On the floor they focus on customers, offering a warm welcome, engaging in friendly conversations, and providing thoughtful assistance. Throughout the day they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting necessary merchandise moves.
At the end of the shift they share Loyalty program benefits, thank customers sincerely, and collaborate with the team to tie up loose ends.

- Physically able to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, and using a handheld computer or cash register.
- Meet daily sales goal challenges and contribute to achieving store performance targets.
Physical Requirements
- Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
- Requires good vision, color, depth perception, and focus.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
