As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you’ll provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating welcoming and personalized shopping experiences that celebrate life’s special moments.

As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and consultative selling, building lasting relationships through genuine hospitality.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, helping customers select items that suit their tastes and budgets.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs, support inventory and fulfillment activities, and assist with special events.
• Ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise and support operational excellence in all aspects of the department.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals, client and protection plan goals, and achieve performance‑based incentives.

Each day starts with reviewing sales goals and new arrivals, followed by engaging customers with warm welcomes, eye contact, and personal conversations. You maintain a shoppable space by managing stock presentation, signage, and replenishment, and you finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits and thanking customers.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular and dependable attendance.
• Effective communication skills in English, and the ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules.
• Knowledgeable about product recommendations, fittings, and digital shopping tools.
• Experience driving sales and operational excellence, using point‑of‑sale tools, and ensuring accurate stock presentation.
• 1‑2 years of related experience required.
• Capable of acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment, and cash register operation.
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Full‑time colleagues typically work 30+ hours per week; part‑time colleagues work 12‑24 hours. All schedules include weekend shifts.
