As a Merchandising Colleague (Front of House Colleague), you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, inspiring in‑store experience by executing merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhancing visual appeal, maintaining organized displays, and ensuring accurate pricing and promotional signage.

• Execute merchandise movement and placement strategies.
• Enhance visual appeal of the sales floor.
• Maintain well‑organized shop‑able displays.
• Ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date.
• Greet customers, offer assistance, and create a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales and hospitality.
• Update mannequins, reset floor layouts, and align presentation with company directives.
• Maintain shop‑able space by recovering floor and fitting rooms, updating signs, replenishing merchandise, and supporting desired merchandise moves.
• Promote loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all needed assistance.
• Prepare the space for the next day by restocking and reorganizing.

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays; dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Ability to create connections with customers and help the store achieve sales goals.
• Create a welcoming, friendly environment fostering meaningful conversations.
• Able to learn about products and provide expert guidance based on customers’ wants and choices.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Effective use of point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.
• Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments to drive sales and elevate the customer experience.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting up to 50 lbs.; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register, to process transactions.
