Distribution Planner

Summary

The Distribution Planner for the Americas supports regional distribution and allocation strategies across retail and wholesale channels to optimize inventory flow, replenishment and stock balancing. The role partners with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Retail Operations and Logistics teams to maximize sales opportunities and maintain target stock levels across the region. The position is based in Wayne, New Jersey with occasional work out of the NYC office.

• Manage allocation and replenishment strategies from regional warehouse to stores across channels
• Monitor sales trends, deliveries and replenishment needs for permanent and seasonal product
• Optimize inventory flow, stock balancing and inter-store transfers to improve inventory productivity
• Set and maintain target stock and safety stock levels by SKU/store and support seasonal launches
• Analyze sales performance, sell-through and stock coverage to inform allocation decisions
• Create and monitor supply chain and inventory KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate returns, transfers and exception management to resolve inventory flow issues
• Maintain strong cross-functional communication with Retail, Merchandising, Planning and Central Supply Chain teams

• 3+ years of experience in allocation, distribution planning, inventory planning or supply chain analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; luxury retail or fashion experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Power BI or Tableau a plus
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, JDA or Manhattan
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Fluent English required;
  Spanish or French a plus
