Key Holder – Part Time, Hourly

Wage: $18.50–$21.50 per hour. We’re looking for enthusiastic Key Holders to manage day‑to‑day store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and lead and mentor the team.

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity.
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others.

• Experience in retail, preferably fast‑fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
• Basic knowledge of retail principles such as sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old or older to apply.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail leadership/management experience that allowed you to lead aspects of the business and develop team members.

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel as needed.
• Ability to use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely.
