Overview
Store Manager — Pandora at Willowbrook Mall, NJ. Pandora is the world s largest jewelry brand, focused on accessible luxury and self-expression. This role centers on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching a store team, and achieving strong sales performance within Pandora s brand standards.
Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team including Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve store goals.
- Engage with customers on the sales floor, deliver outstanding product knowledge, and build lasting brand loyalty.
- Foster a store culture that embodies brand passion and exceptional customer experiences.
- Exceed individual and store sales targets by building genuine connections with fans and delivering results against KPIs.
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members; support succession planning and internal mobility.
- Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and maintain efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and address performance issues and policy violations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment; results-oriented leadership.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Business acumen with analytical thinking and the ability to deliver positive results.
- Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing strong teams; succession planning and internal mobility.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the region.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
