As a Teammate – Off Field Operations, you support store success behind the scenes by executing inventory, fulfillment, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency. You will keep the store athlete-ready while working as part of a high-performing, team-first environment.

• Greet teammates and athletes and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Targeted pay range: $15.50–$24.25 per hour (the actual hourly rate may be higher depending on location, experience and position). DICK’S Sporting Goods complies with all state paid leave requirements and offers a generous suite of benefits. For more information, visit the benefits website.
