As a Fine Jewelry Brand Ambassador, you are the ultimate storyteller and the face of our brand. You will combine your love for luxury style with an elevated, consultative approach to guide clients through significant milestone purchases—from engagement rings to custom-designed heirlooms. If you have a natural flair for hospitality, high emotional intelligence, and a track record of driving luxury sales through relationship building, you will thrive in this role.

• Embody the Brand: Serve as a passionate representative of ZEN Diamond, welcoming every guest with warmth, sophistication, and a high-touch luxury experience.
• Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain a personal client book by proactively following up with customers, celebrating their milestones, and fostering lifelong brand loyalty.
• Consultative Storytelling: Listen closely to clients' desires, educating them on diamond quality, precious metals, and the unique craftsmanship behind our custom design options.
• Drive Results: Meet and exceed individual and store performance goals by delivering seamless, memorable consultations that culminate in successful sales.
• Showroom Excellence: Maintain immaculate visual merchandising displays and strictly adhere to luxury retail security and inventory control protocols to protect the brand’s assets.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, high-end hospitality, or a premium client-facing role.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills; ability to connect genuinely and professionally with a diverse clientele.
• Passion for Luxury: A sharp eye for detail, fashion, and design, with a strong willingness to learn technical industry and diamond specifications.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a luxury retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays (aligned with mall hours).
• Demeanor: Polished, professional appearance and etiquette suitable for an upscale retail environment.
