Tru Green is seeking a Sales Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our brand in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners in person to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions. The role involves using our Sales Playbook to turn casual encounters into lasting customer relationships.

• Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
• Customize sales messaging to match the unique needs of each household.
• Turn inquiries into signed contracts using proven sales methodology and processes.
• Log interactions and track performance in the CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through.
• Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to enhance the value of each customer’s lawn care plan.

• High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing conversations.
• Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and devices.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
• U.S. residency required for the location of work.

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions (average $875–$1,200 per week).
