The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every Lens Crafters location. The role establishes Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements to help customers find the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Takes pride in the appearance of the store and shows initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone, and math skills.
• Ability to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self‑motivated with a demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Pay Range: $18.36 – $25.69 per hour. Employees may also be offered competitive bonus and/or commission plans and a first‑class total rewards package including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
