Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
  • Handle our customer contacts through leads, service, follow-up and lead generations.
  • Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for service and sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
  • Answer customer internet inquires by both email and phone.
  • Schedule sales/service appointments and reschedule no-show customers.
  • Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
  • Follow up in manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.
  • Interacting with customers as well as with all dealership departments.
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center role (preferred)
  • Automotive industry or dealership experience (a plus but not always required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and phone systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with sales goals and performance metrics
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and follow-up is essential
