What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, visitor processing, and/or access control activities for a healthcare location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front desk presence and security-related awareness.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support employees, patients, visitors, and vendors with directions, check‑in procedures, and other front desk assistance while following location policies and confidentiality expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
