Technical Lead - Native Mobile App (iOS) – Wayne, Michigan

The iOS Engineer will support innovation initiatives by delivering enhancements and addressing support tickets for the Ford Pass mobile application, based on prioritization from Client IT and Product Management teams.

• Develop and enhance native iOS features for Ford Pass applications.
• Fix defects and implement prioritized enhancements.
• Support innovation initiatives and technical improvements.
• Collaborate with QA and automation teams for validation.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and quality standards.
• Maintain technical documentation where applicable.

• Strong expertise in native iOS development.
• Proficiency with Xcode and iOS SDK.
• Experience with Git Hub-based workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and code quality tools.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Optional but Valuable

Certifications:

Apple Certified iOS Developer, Agile Certified.

Maximum Salary (US): 128000

Minimum Salary (US): 69000

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
