Spare Parts Coordinator

Summary

The After Sales Spare Parts Coordinator supports the Americas region from Wayne, NJ, managing spare parts inventory and the flow of repair items. This role oversees receiving, picking, putaway, shipping, and ordering of spare parts while coordinating with repair teams, stores, and external customers to ensure timely service and accurate records.

• Maintain accurate inventory control over spare parts stock.
• Receive, pick, putaway, and ship spare parts and completed repair items to stores, customers, and wholesalers.
• Order spare parts and manage related procurement activities.
• Review incoming repair tickets, evaluate damages, and assess repairability of customer-owned goods.
• Maintain logs of all shipping and receiving activities and relocate items to appropriate process flows.
• Coordinate closely with the Craftsman Repair Team, Spare Parts Team, and Logistics Operations to ensure seamless workflows and resolve complex customer inquiries.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in client service, operations, inventory, or logistics within the Americas region.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish or Italian a plus.
• Experience in luxury or fashion is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for high levels of craftsmanship.
