* General Description:

** The Inventory Management Cycle Count Associate is responsible for supporting inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, researching inventory discrepancies, verifying product information, and maintaining accurate inventory records in accordance with Quick Box standards, client requirements, and operational procedures. This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory is accurate, organized, properly documented, and available to support daily warehouse operations. Duties may vary by site, department, client account, and business needs, but may include counting product, verifying SKUs, lot numbers, expiration dates, product quantities, locations, and system information, identifying discrepancies, and communicating inventory concerns to leadership.
** Essential Duties &

Job Functions:

** 1. Perform scheduled and assigned cycle counts accurately and efficiently in accordance with Quick Box procedures and client requirements.
2. Count and verify product quantities, SKUs, lot numbers, expiration dates, locations, and other inventory details as applicable.
3. Compare physical inventory counts against system inventory records to identify discrepancies.
4. Research and communicate inventory discrepancies, including shortages, overages, misplaced product, damaged product, incorrect locations, or system-related issues.
5. Use RF scanners, warehouse management systems, inventory reports, printed documents, or other tools required to complete cycle count and inventory tasks.
6. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting findings and escalating concerns to leadership or the appropriate department.
7. Support inventory accuracy by identifying product that is damaged, expired, mislabeled, incorrectly stored, or otherwise questionable.
8. Partner with Inventory Management, Production, Order Processing, Quality Control, Receiving, Replenishment, Putaway, and other departments as needed to resolve inventory issues.
9. Assist with organizing, consolidating, or relocating product as needed to support inventory accuracy and warehouse workflow.
10. Verify that product is stored in the correct location and report any location discrepancies or inventory concerns.
11. Support inventory audits, client-specific inventory reviews, root-cause research, and other inventory accuracy initiatives as assigned.
12. Maintain accuracy and productivity standards assigned by site leadership
13. Follow all safety procedures, warehouse rules, GMP expectations, and company policies while performing assigned duties.
14. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including keeping aisles, inventory locations, and workstations clear.
15. Communicate product discrepancies, inventory concerns, system issues, equipment concerns, or process delays to leadership in a timely manner.
16. Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily inventory and operational goals.
17. Support other warehouse functions, departments, or client accounts as needed based on business volume and operational priorities.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications
** Job Qualifications Mandatory:
** 1. Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
2. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Ability to read and verify product labels, SKUs, order information, packing slips, and shipping labels.
5. Basic math skills, including the ability to count, add, subtract, and verify product quantities accurately.
6. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours a day.
7. Ability to comply with all company safety, quality, productivity, and conduct expectations.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Ability to work overtime, weekends, or schedule changes when required by business needs.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** 1. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, inventory control, cycle count, receiving, replenishment, or 3PL experience.
2. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, inventory control systems, or other warehouse technology.
3. Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
4. Experience researching inventory discrepancies or supporting inventory audits.
5. Bilingual – English/Spanish
