We’re partnered with a rapidly expanding, award-winning healthcare company seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Accounting & Finance team. This is a true foundational accounting role with hands-on exposure to general ledger, intercompany accounting, and month-end close—ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow in a stable, high-impact environment.

• Prepare and post general ledger journal entries
• Participate in the month-end close and financial statement preparation
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
• Research reconciling items and propose correcting entries
• Build and maintain Excel workbooks for analysis and journal support
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
• Partner closely with the Accounting team on day-to-day operations

• 1–2+ years of general ledger accounting or public accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
• Advanced Excel skills (must-have)
• Experience with accounting systems (Dynamics Business Central a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Team-oriented, communicative, and eager to learn
