Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is located in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and requires working onsite. The ideal candidate will provide financial oversight and ensure the accuracy of reports, statements, and transactions, while managing bookkeeping tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports.

- Ensure the accuracy of deposits and oversee reconciliations.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.

- Generate financial statements and provide detailed analyses.

- Support special projects related to financial operations.

- Utilize Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online to manage transactions.

- Monitor and guide the activities of a lower-level bookkeeper.

- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure proper accounting.

- Maintain organized records of all financial activities. Requirements - Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping.

- Proficiency with Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements accurately.

- Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
