Responsibilities:- Own the full-cycle monthly close process across multiple properties
- Perform bank reconciliations, prepare journal entries, manage accruals, and monitor cash flow
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages and perform P&L variance analysis
- Provide audit support and assist with lender reporting and special projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP and experience with internal controls
