Location: Wayne, PA (Corporate Office)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements.
  • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end work papers.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper financial controls.
  • Supervise and support third-party accounting partners.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis.
  • Partner with the Accounting Department on reporting and process improvements.
About You
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (MBA/CPA certification preferred).
  • High level computer skills, especially Excel, but not limited to MS Word, Outlook, as well as the ability to learn to operate Company‑specific software.
