As Tax Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing client relationships, overseeing complex tax engagements, and mentoring staff. You’ll work closely with firm leadership and have a direct impact on both client outcomes and internal team development.

• Lead and review complex tax engagements across individuals and entities
• Manage relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and closely held businesses
• Oversee preparation and review of 1040s, partnership returns, and related filings
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services
• Mentor and develop junior and mid‑level staff
• Collaborate with leadership on firm initiatives and client growth
