A growing professional services organization is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant with hands-on Workday Financials experien
ce to support accounting operations during a major ERP implementation and post-go-live period. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding.

• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
• Support month-end and year-end close processes within Workday Financials
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and EIbs
• Assist with Workday testing, configuration updates, and financial process improvements
• Partner with FP&A and operations teams on project-based accounting and revenue-related activities
• Support audit requests and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience with strong GL and close experience
• Hands-on experience w
  ith Workday Financial Manage
  ment, including GL, AP/AR, reporting, EIBs, worktags, and cost centers
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience in professional services, staffing, consulting, or another project-based environment
