Human Resource Payroll Manager III
Location: Wayne PA (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Scope: North American Payroll (U.S. & Canada)

Only for W2 (No C2C)
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead U.S. and Canadian payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while driving process improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end U.S. & Canadian payroll operations
- Manage payroll schedules, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with IRS, CRA, state/provincial, and local regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team
- Drive process improvements, automation, and payroll efficiency
- Partner with HR, Finance, vendors, and senior leadership
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, risks, and payroll performance
- 5–7+ years of progressive payroll experience
- Strong U.S. & Canadian payroll and tax compliance knowledge
- Experience with payroll systems and HRIS integrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Global View
Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis
