Your Role:

In this role, you will support daily facilities operations by coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders and ensuring a safe, organized and efficient workplace. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, branch offices and external vendors while helping maintain building systems, supplies and shared spaces. This position plays an important role in keeping facilities running smoothly and supporting a positive experience for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work order management: Manage the work order system by assigning tasks, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion
  • Branch office support: Partner with branch office property managers to communicate needs and ensure requests are resolved
  • Ordering and purchasing: Manage inventory of paper supplies, parts and facility equipment, placing orders as needed
  • Room and event setups: Coordinating and moving furniture for room, event and new-hire setups.
  • Vendor coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, including those for water coolers, copiers and other facility services. Maintain the preventive maintenance schedule so that all equipment is being serviced on the appropriate timetable.
  • Maintenance response: Respond to maintenance requests and assist with basic mechanical or facilities-related needs
  • HVAC support: Assist with daily temperature regulation and HVAC system coordination
  • Daily building checks: Perform daily walkthroughs to monitor safety, cleanliness and overall facility conditions
  • Safety inspections: Conduct physical inspections that may require walking, climbing or lifting

  • Technical proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications:
  • Physical capability: Ability to perform inspections and tasks that may require walking, climbing or lifting
  • Facilities experience: Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, operations or a related environment is preferred
