The Scheduling Expeditor is responsible for field and vendor schedule adherence and all scheduling tasks of the division in support of resource planning activities.

Your Responsibilities On The Team
  • Expedite and prioritize resource schedules and maintain schedule templates for the division.
  • Provide real‑time support to the field for re‑schedules.
  • Monitor schedules and communicate delays, working with trade partners to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Monitor Build Pro/Supply Pro usage and take proactive measures to ensure division‑wide compliance.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain Build Pro/Supply Pro systems.
  • Assist the permits coordinator with all Build Pro/Supply Pro document entry and SOPs.
  • Participate with the Construction Scheduling Manager (CSM) in defect/recordable tracking and scheduling of trade partner process improvement plan meetings.
  • Perform field audits to ensure the scheduling process is working and quality is being delivered.
  • Work with trade partners to verify trade capacity and ensure no bottlenecks or missed tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction industry.
  • Preferred experience as a construction manager or equivalent role.
  • Professional attitude to represent the company positively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Valid auto insurance coverage.
  • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and JD Edwards.
  • Excellent follow‑up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills.
  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple detail‑oriented tasks with little oversight.
  • Good understanding of the construction process and how scheduled tasks interrelate.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the incumbent to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
