Make an Impact!! The Central Development Representative is a shared services role supporting system-wide fundraising operations, with a primary focus on event operations and donor relations activities across Main Line Health foundations. This position plays a critical role in executing and supporting the full lifecycle of fundraising events-including event website (events.org), gift processing, revenue tracking, administrative workflows, and post-event reconciliation-ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across a high volume of system-wide and foundation-based initiatives.
Working in close partnership with Development Operations, Donor Relations, and Events teams, the Development Representative ensures seamless coordination of event-related activities, strengthens data integrity, and supports an efficient, donor-centered experience from initial engagement through gift acknowledgment and reporting.

Position:
Development Representative- 40 hours/week
Shift: Day Shift- occasional evenings/weekends when needed.
Experience:
Proficiency with CRM systems and event platforms (Blackbaud NXT and Events.org preferred)
Experience with financial or administrative workflows (POs, contracts, payments) a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Effective communication and collaboration across teams
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
1-3+ years of experience in development, nonprofit operations, fundraising support, or administrative operations preferred
