Administrative​/Clerical Intern, Office Administrator​/ Coordinator

The Judge Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support daily business operations in a fast-paced professional services environment. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate administration, talent operations, and office support within a nationally recognized consulting and staffing organization.

• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry

• Coordinate calendars and assist with meeting and interview logistics

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems or databases

• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and professional correspondence

• Assist with day-to-day office operations and support special projects as needed

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
