Real Estate Services Coordinator

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Real Estate Services Coordinator with our commercial real estate client in Radnor, PA. This is a 7-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $20.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description:

As a Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and vendors.

Resource's typical working day:

• Works on multiple properties supporting multiple managers
• Some admin type roles
• Some manager roles
• Going to be more admin type support
• The managers will oversee
• Processing invoicing
• Preparing contractors
• Dealing with utility companies
• Communicating with vendors
• Tenant communications
• Handling some energy management

Must Have

Skills:

• Must have experience with MS Office
• Invoicing experience
