IM | Health is seeking an organized, people-first Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our family practice. This role keeps front and back office running smoothly so our providers and staff can focus on patient care. You'll work closely with practice leadership on staffing, compliance, and day-to-day problem-solving in a fast-paced clinical setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily clinic operations across front desk, and administrative functions
  • Manage patient scheduling and recall systems for well visits, chronic care follow-ups, and preventive screenings
  • Manage staff and provider scheduling, onboarding, and training for front office and support staff
  • Support HR functions, including hiring coordination, interviews, and performance reviews
  • Oversee insurance verification, referral coordination, and billing workflows with front desk staff
  • Oversee patient receivables and collection process
  • Track provider-level metrics and assist with revenue and performance reporting
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA), office policies, and safety standards
  • Serve as a point of contact for patient concerns escalated from front desk staff
  • Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to keep workflows and communication efficient
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs
  • Prepare and lead team meetings, including agendas and follow-up items
  • Manage value based program requirements, reporting, documentation and serve as point of contact for the practice
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5-7+ years of office management experience, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with staff scheduling basic HR administration
  • Comfortable with EHR/practice management software and standard office tools
  • Experience with value based care programs and requirements
  • Clear, professional communication with patients, staff, and providers
