The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on an enthusiastic Internal Relationship Manager to our Retirement Plan Services Plan Sponsor Experience Team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment to help plan sponsors and financial professionals deliver the best retirement plan experience possible. As an Internal Relationship Manager, you will be an integral part of the Relationship Management team and assist in executing on RPS's strategic vision, deliver on the business commitments, and support retention and new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

* Support a designated group of Relationship Managers across a broad range of client and operational requests, ensuring timely and efficient execution

* Partner closely with RMs on client retention strategies, helping to identify risks and opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships

* Leverage internal systems, data tools, and cross-functional collaboration to develop reports, presentations, and client-facing materials

* Develop and deliver both standard and ad hoc reporting with a high degree of accuracy, including benchmarking, activity tracking, and performance insights

* Analyze results and synthesize key findings into actionable recommendations that drive process improvements, enhance performance, and elevate the client experience

* Collaborate with RM leadership to support strategic initiatives, including process optimization, scalability efforts, and business planning

* Conduct research on market, channel, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and competitive insights

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

* 3-5+ years' experience in reporting, analysis and/or strategy that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position

* Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines

* Strong organizational skills

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)

Nice-to-haves:

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Proven client facing presentation skills and competencies

* Understanding and proficiency of Account/Relationship Management related functions and competencies

* Strong interpersonal skills and experience in motivating others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

* Critical thinker with an ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action

The pay range for this position is $72,900 - $131,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory…
