Account Manager – DLL

DLL invites you to share in our national growth strategy success by joining our Sales Team. We are hiring an Account Manager. This role could cover customers across the United States.

• Create, manage and achieve commercial goals
• Primary management of assigned territory, increasing business, income, and profitability
• Resolve partner issues (pending, declines and deficiencies)
• Call or visit current and prospect partner relationships, selling the DLL value proposition
• Maintain day‑to‑day activities of partners on all transactions and initiatives
• Identify improvement opportunities during contract life cycle and introduce new or cross‑sell existing products and services
• Prospect for net‑new relationships and/or collateral types

• Bachelor’s Degree with insight and experience in the vendor finance market and relevant lease market (incl. assets). Specialization in the Material Handling sector/equipment leasing is preferred.
• Coordinate and align multiple functionalities and parties to structure complex deals
• Risk‑taker and problem solver who can build relationships and leverage energy and spirit to create a winning solution
• Proactive in calling on existing and prospective partners
• Self‑motivated and confident working independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Achieve both individual and team targets
• Hybrid position requiring office presence and territory travel; 8 days per month in the DLL office with up to 30% travel on a quarterly basis

• Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity

• Primary work location:

• Pay range: $90,389 – $135,583 (subject to skill level and experience)
