Main Accountabilities
1. Deliver timely and precise business reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
2. Coordinate the analysis and the Group reporting. Lead the collaboration with teams for comprehensive group reporting.
3. Oversee and track strategic initiatives, using data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness and communicate progress.
4. Conduct assessments to identify strategic gaps, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their impact for continuous improvement.
5. Perform diagnostics on investment opportunities, monitor outcomes, and provide analytical support to optimize investment strategies.
6. Ensure adherence to data governance standards, develop data management policies, and conduct compliance audits.

Decision Making/ Activity:
* Research background materials, including relevant economic and financial data.
* Quantify the financial impact of the opportunity or issue involved.
* Assist in the development of long-range financial forecasts and related budgets, and in the preparation of reports

Are you a MATCH?
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related degree required.
2. 5+ years, in Finance and 3+ years, in Industrial Operations
3. Strong knowledge of the Air Liquide Business, key drivers within the business cycle, strategic planning. / Know-how on operational levers to activate for performance enhancement. / Know-how on ERP and BI systems to quantify and illustrate financial reports, impacts and projections.
