Job Description The Account Manager is part of the Commercial Lines team focused on specialized industries and serving clients across the USA. The role involves gathering and organizing data, preparing solutions, and presenting them to clients. The mandate is to establish credibility, develop sustainable relationships, and proactively engage with client executives to identify risk‑management opportunities.

We engage clients with expertise and experience, allowing them to feel supported by partners who understand their goals, needs, and preferences. This understanding drives the design of programs that protect and grow client assets.

Mandated to present proposed solutions, the Account Manager must interface with senior‑level client personnel, co‑ordinate engagements, and enhance relationships with underwriters and insurance partners.

• Establish credibility by developing sustainable relationships with senior‑level client personnel and maintaining daily contacts, earning recognition as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with client executives to identify opportunities for risk‑management consultation through mandatory insurance, alternative risk transfer, loss‑control strategies, and claims‑management programs.
• Proactively touch base with clients regarding business performance, any problem areas, and potential engagement points.
• Understand client business goals, success metrics, and how Acrisure can help them achieve and track those goals.
• Improve relationships with insurance carrier partners by facilitating meetings and coordinating activities that enhance product awareness and service delivery.

• Provide high‑level client service in a specialized industry, continuously seeking new points of engagement.
